Well thanks captain obvious wouldn't know what to do with such uneventful advice since reps usually know less than the cashier at the next grocery mart as sites are usually given official WORd here from the carriers. Thses are not small outages as their in cs, az ks. Fl. Ny, mo, tx and the list is getting bigger.
