I agree totally with you, dump them quick!!!! A friend has TMO and half the time I call him the call goes straight to voicemail, then I call him right back, then it goes through, and he is in a high signal area. They do not maintain their network worth a crap.

My suggestion is don't switch. If you look into what you will pay for a new smartphone with them, that should be enough to scare you away from T-Mobile.

It's so funny what people will do for a new phone. Surprised And you wonder why they're so reluctant to replace your phone. Especially after you threw it on the floor. Sounds like a temper tantrum.
Enjoy Sprint, they're worse than TMO.

Hey Andy, obviously your a Tmobile troll, I could give a crap what u think but others might, thats why I am replying, I no longer care about getting a cheap refurbished phone, lol, I feel its my quest to spread the word on what a sleezy company they are, but ya know they all are in a way its just that this was one too many times for me,,,plus the service , the Pakistani call centers, the robotic supervisor, but the worst of the worst is the dropped calls its SO frustrating it is the worst and something ive NEVER experienced with ANY carrier, btw I used to have sprint they rocked jacky, I mean Andy, tried Tmo last year to get this phone at car toys,,,, and dude I had a jell case and a screen protector, im anal about keeping my phone like new,...

I'm just a little confused as to why you would get upset at
T-Mobile. T-Mobile isn't an insurance company they don't make decisions on whether you can file a claim. Sounds like you were talking to the wrong company the whole time, Asurion is the insurance company. lol (GET YO LIFE!) smh Shocked Eh?

Policies often get in the way of providing
--problem solving-- customer service!

When I bought Finding Nemo on Blu-Ray 3D, I paid $27.99 on Amazon, shortly after the price went down to $24.99, so I called Amazon up and asked to be refunded the difference, it was past the 7-day low price guarantee, so instead of shoving the word policy in my face, the rep put new on hold and said let me see what I can do, so she comes back and offers me a credit towards my next purchase, another words she found a way to resolve the issue WITHOUT shoving the word policy in my face. . .problem solving rep!!!

Whether your phone was damaged *at all* or not, that would not make a difference concerning an insurance claim.
It doesn't matter what the condition of your phone is. If you are making an insurance claim, the dedudctible for the said device will be the same EVERY single time.

If you were confused and meant a WARRANTY exchange, then that's not something they'll do for signal issues, no carrier would, as no carrier guarantees your signal, or service in any location, including indoors. It's true that T-mobiles spectrum is not optimal for penetration, however, what the rep told you was 100% correct, with the refarming of the spectrum to 1700mhz LTE and 1900mhz HSPA+, in-building coverage based on the new spectrum is expected to increase ...
