No. This phone has the TV built-in. Cingular offers the service, which has to be downloaded via their MediaNet service. Plus, you have to pay for that service, just like Verizon's Vcast.

I think it said TV tuner which mean over the air TV. That would be a sweet feature. I just got the 6255i and I love the built in radio imagine a tv 🤣

I can't find that phone anywhere. So, maybe Samsung just didn't even sell it as an unbranded phone. That sucks. I would like to watch tv on my cell phone while on the bus, or while at work.
