You couldn't be a little more specific could you? What "mobile solutions" "incountered" are you referring to?

THey Probably are Mobile Solutions are the Most aggressive agents anywhere. They harass everyone that walks by and they are ridiculous . They do all right but I would hate to handle customers after they buy there.

I was just talking about them today lol we passed a kiosk at the mall...I have fixed many accounts set up by a mobile solution dealer, and calmed down many a customer, too. They're also big ones of the dealer activates new line to replace existing line instead of upgrading existing line. Then we have to explain to the customer why they can't keep their number, they're paying an activation fee again, if it's in the same name no T-Mobile rebates will be offered...you know...all the little things mobile solution convienently forgot to leave out. Yeah...I'm not a big fan of them either...

Some agents really stink and they do not care about churn cuz they just want to get paid. Mobile Solutions is one of the worst though.
