Actually I just recently found out that the newely manufactured v3s do have video capture capability. I do know that they cingular ones I sell do not. Good news to see that Tmobile is getting a slightly better phone.

I did a little research and it looks like there is a firmware upgrade for the v3 which enables video capture. Rumour is that t-mobile is getting the razr with this firmware.

it wouldn't surprise me since so many people upgrade the firmware themselves to have video recording.

Yea, I just spoke with a customer care rep; she said it will be available the first week in July and around 6/11/05 available thru Cust. Care for customer upgrades…and she says you can send & receive video with this RAZR. 🙄

As far as I have heard Cingular has the exclusive on the black one and they are dropping the exclusive on the silver.
