Did it ever occur to you that, Deut. Telecom could abandon the US wireless division and put you in the hands of a hedge-fund investor out only to make a dollar? You think the investor is thinking about you or the bottom line?

Private Capital is the perfect solution. They'll either run T-Mo USA as a stand alone entity or split it into a million pieces and sell it at fire sale prices. Either way it's better than AT&T getting them.
