I have had an issue with the same phone now its my 4th device the LG OPTIMUS T and this phone charges it self, freeze and doesn't work period!!!!!!! All tmobile want to do is send me the same phone i have spoken to so many people there I'm getting the run around doesn't tmobile test there phones. Wow the last thing was the kicker they told me i can give you 100 off the full retail price of the phone REALLY.....I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY...POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE
Unless they changed their warranty policy after the 3rd replacement of the same model within a 90 day period you can get a new phone of a different model. Now I am gonna tell you this, if you get on the phone with customer service acting like an asshole then the rep is not gonna be so willing to help you out. Keep that in mind the next time you call.
