Do any of the Customer Service Reps know whether the shortcut problem with TMobile's V330 is on all the phones? The reason I ask is becuase the Rep I talked to, read me the 'issues' language that is present on this phone and it sound like it is a software problem on all phones: when you power off, your personalized shortcuts disapear. However, several of the users on this site (see below) reported no such issue. Thanks for the clarification.
