STOP IT!!!!! You are screwing with my conversion rate. Just like you are held to certain standards so are we. We have to make a certain amount of sales per how many calls we take.

I've been in telesales for 2 years for t-mobile and have never had to lie to a customer about metro or crickets networks... good sales rep don't have to lie. 😉

Yeah totally because I dont post on those forums. Get your facts straight I dont lie to my customers. The savings and the awesome deals sell themselves.

On Jan 5th you didn't post the following?

"thats what you get with carriers like vm and cricket and metro pcs. They dont own their towers they use other networks towers so when there is a problem with the network (not being able to send picture messages) they tell you they are working on it but in all actuality they cant do anything about it."

It's only not a lie on the Virgin Mobile side of things. Metro PCS and Cricket are both regional operators that operate their OWN networks.

accdc1a i agree i am sure there are the bad telesales agents just like there are those bad in store reps. No company is going is going to have every single employee do their job correctly. Just hopefully those people get caught and fired
