G2 or G4

I got the G4 over the weekend and I am thrilled by it. Since this is the first T-Mobile phone I have had for a while all my old and none functional phone numbers have popped up. I have used unlocked phones in the past so it only reads the numbers on my SIM.

Anyways, I was in the store and all the guys working there had a G2.

Do they know anything I don't? as in if the G2 is a better phone?

Please advise. I am still within the 14 day return period.

Thanks!

Do you mean that you bought the mytouch 4g?If thats the case then no they don't know anything that you don't know. The g2 is a dev phone tho, and now that it has fully achieved root there will be a ton of custom roms and different tweaks for this phone. I'm sure the mytouch 4g will have some of the same roms and tweaks but it just wont have as many.
The g2 has no video calling, a smaller touch screen, and a key board.
The my touch 4g has no keyboard, a better bigger screen, and can video call from anywhere anytime.
If you like the mytouch4G then keep it. Its one of the best android phones you can buy. 😁

Thanks.

I was using a Nokia N900. I was due for an update so I did. Now I can't use both phones since the G4 is on Android data and the N900 uses smartphone data plan.
