Had a customer really upset about her account, really really mad at me, wants me to transfer her to verizon (implied undertones were she'll switch providers) so I try everything I can, fail, and then complete her request and listen in while 2 vzw reps transfer her back into the Q, then the third disconnected the call. 0/3 ain't bad...

What??? I have Verizon now and want to port to T-Mobile. My experience with Verizon since I have moved has been horrible. Where I live according to the coverage map the talk and data coverage is suppose to be good but I always drop calls, can't use my phone in certain areas of the house, always had a problem with sending and receiving pix, taking forever to download an application...but they refuse to send a technician out to check the tower in our area. Houston always has outage issues with Verizon. I can't take it anymore. I pay way too much money to Verizon for this poor service. BAHAHA, I laugh because I have Tmobile and work for Verizon. I find this remotely funny because I hear people say daily they're coming from Tmobile or I'm leaving to Tmobile and all I can do is laugh in my head... I love it.. And Tmobile!!!! đ
