If I bought a phone Ebay, and activated on tmo with the everything more plan, I shouldn't have to sign up for a two year contract right?

IF you are going to do that them why would get the even more plan?? why not go with the even more plus and pay less and not be on a contract???

It depends on the existing lines plan if its on contract you have to be on a contracted plan
then you "migrate" to even more plus for a 35.00 fee,
it only makes sense if the existing line changes to even more plus and you jump in after. but that's dependant on the existing lines contract, how much time is left on the line thats already there?
or go with your own even more plus individual plan
but no contract for u no matter what plan you choose

Oh ok. Thanks. The main line already migrated over to the even more plan like two months ago, and the line was only active for about two months before then.

yeah then you'll be fine. If you are adding to that plan then there would be no way to enter into a contract.
