I signed up with Tmobile and the rep gave me a 15% discount on rate plan(said it was some promo??) does that discount have to be on the contract that I signed at time of taking on service(I was told it would be on my 1st bill??)

Thanks in advance,appreciate it!!

Call the rep, unless its a corp discount we have no idea what you're saying.
Do you mean should it be written on your contract, if you expect it to be applied monthly, then yeah?
Dealers will sometimes take off money from their comissision to give you a discount.
They could have applied a monthly discount but it doesn't sound like that to me it sounds like a one time first bill discount as a courtesy but the dealer will know best.

it was a 15% discount on my rate plan(monthly) for the 2 year term. It was not put on the contract that I signed, rep said it will show up on my 1st bill. Its a corporate store. Iam just trying to find out if that discount should be on my contract I signed or does it show up on the 1st bill??

interesting the only time a discount should be applied like that is a corporate discount such as your a AAA member and you recieve a discount to t-mobile because of that. I would head back to that rep a.s.a.p. and find out what he's doing because I honestly never heard of that kind of promo. 😕

I don't think it shows on the contract, we apply it after activation so it wouldn't be on the service agreement, the odd thing is if the dealer applied his discount to your account it would be odd, if you had a discount you would have had to give info so you would know whats going on. Have you called care so we can look and see if there's anything there?

Yeah, this all sounds very strange. If you were getting a corporate discount he would have had to gotten your work phone number or email and proof of employment (business card, nametag, badge, etc) and you would have been aware of that. And the contract will not show the discount, but your bill will. But it can take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the corporate discount if that's what it is.
