ok so every time i call tmobile i have a 10 min hold time. Last night I called t-mobile from my phone and again it told me 10 min hold time so i waited. After waiting for about 10 min the phone decided to give me a busy signal and disconnect the call. WTF. So my room mate has t-mobile call them from her phone and it goes straight through. While I am on the phone with them I decide to call from my phone and it again says 10 min. hold time.

Any ideas on why this would be??? Thanks for any ideas

The SIVR system is designed for what you currently have, want and need. If you are flex pay you will wait longer. Flex pay customers call in 3-5x more than general post paid customers so their queue is longer. If you are past due you could be going to Finacial care and that hold maybe longer if you are wanting tech care ect. Its all different. Generally the queues depending on time of the day and the amount of people calling in the queues are usually pretty fast.

and i know all of that... I am a post paid cust not flex pay. When i called both times i said the exact same thing cust. service and then billing. So i donno what is going on. I dont normally call in due to the fact that I dont have a problem with my service. I like T-Mobile. I just dont know what is up with this. 🤨

I have heard customers who say if I call from my landline I get right thru, if I call from my cell I wait 15 mins. What's not understood is that from one second to the next we could have a thousand people calling, we have no idea we just keep trucking one after another. Plus lately there's been sites down due to weather, we try our best.
