Calling all T-Mobile Reps>>>THEY DO EXIST!!!
I have a situation that NO ONE has been able to resolve. Hopefully someone on this forum has the knowledge/experience to help.
I have a customer who currently has 5 lines on an account and wants the @home service. Now, to everyone's general knoweldge the only way for them to accomplish this is to move one of the lines onto a new account along with the @home line to fulfill the @home's 39.99 or higher parent plan requirement.

It can't be done. I have seen like one or two accounts that have had 6 lines. I have called up about it and told that it was a glich in the system. I wish I could add @homes as a 6th line but right now you can't. ☹️

Yeah, as far as I know it cannot be done. I have run into this problem nmerous times, and have lost commission on it. Honestly, if I could I would. We are not doing this to be jerks or "Screw" the customer. It is also not available to FlexPay customers or anyone on the $99.99 Unlimited plan. Hopefully they will fix this soon as I have lost more than 10+ sales due to this.

...I hate it that customers that have Unlimited Family plan also can't take advantage of @Home service. T-Mobile is expecting us to push this innovative service, but is basically restricting itself to do so.
T-Monster, I feel your pain, please let us know if you have a solution to your problem.

Hey guys, I've seen this being a problem as well, the best way to get an issue like this resolved is to file a voice ticket internally so that our business analysts can implement the proper fix

T-Mobile is said to have a solution for this issue with the refresh of the system in feb. or march of next year. Flex pay and people with the 5 line family plans should be able to get it. I am not sure about the unlimited family plans though.
