billing and phone problems
I wanted to delete one of myfav 5's, but did not want to replace with a new contact.
The rep told me he would add 133 bonus minutes since system says we only had 600 minute plan, but our bill says 700. As well he would add 10.00 to flex account. Rep did not know what he was doing, kept talking, placed me on hold. And transferred me to a number that does not work.
Pretty annoyed, enjoying the service so far. Although, whats with the rep?
how did you even go to the minute if you just called in to remove of your myfaves...
we cant remove a myfaves and have it blank it has to be replaced but i think you can do it from your phone.
i never heard of the system doing all that. you have flexpay? did you call into flexpay or regular customer care. if it was regular customer care he's not even trained to know what to look for in the flexpay account lol..
