😢 MYy sidekick slide sucks and im getting a warrenty exchange for it. How many times do i have to exchange the stupid phone, befor i get one that works! or will i get a diff make and model. With att warrenty after to exchanges they give you a different make and model but the same value, is t-mobile the same?

yes after your second exchange, meaning your third phone they will offer another make and model, but just f.y.i. they are getting more strict on people doing this and if there is nothing wrong with your phone they can charge your account

rouge2008, you worked in att warranty or what? Stop setting false expectations to the consumer. No, warranty does not replace hs unde r the same value but replace within the same category of feature and no warranty doesnt change to diff make/model after 2nd exchange.

actually. it has to be on your fourth exchange in less then 90 days. meaning you have to actually have the phone sent out to your house 3 times in less then 90 days. and you'll get a BlackBerry Pearl 8100 most likely and not in any color it'll be gold.

that never happened for me. i went through four sidekick slides since i activated my accound in january. and they never gave me a new phone. just the red sidekick slide instead

was january 90 days or less. you usually have to ask for it otherwise the rep wont know to look how many exchanges you have because the system doesnt tell us right away we have to research it.
