Tmobile employees
Hows working for t mobile. Good benefits, employee phone plan...etc. Interviewing with them and was just curious.
...
I'm thinking about trying them out my self, for work.
...
I'm going on 7 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Started out as a rep in a call center and have continously moved up the chain. 🙂

ANY CALL CENTERS IN ARIZONA?

Awesome company to work for. Full benefits, awesome 401k, nice phone plans, a lot of incentives from the phone manufactures (blackberry, motorola, and samsung) i won a tv from samsung.
just have to know everything! shortcuts, phone knowledge of our phones along with the other company's phone.
comfortable to say... 50k to 60k depending on how the commission goes.
all of this saying if you are applying for and RSR position in retail corporate stores. 😛
...
it also varies in what market you in, how the traffic is, where's the store is located, etc...but still a very good place to work for.

Thank you everyone for your input...my interview was today keep your fingers crossed

Good luck. Hope you get the job. I used to work for T-Mobile and made easily 50K a year. My market wasn't that big or that busy, but what did help is I worked at the highest volume store in the market. I also had to compete against 7 other sales reps. 4 of which were full time. It is a great job, and I wish I hadn't moved and had to quit. Just couldn't afford and justify an hour and some off minute commute 1 way. If I could ever get back on with T-Mobile I would in a heartbeat. Great benefits, great pay, great incentives (won several phones from RIM, Motorola, and Samsung), and even won an xBox 360 during a promotion that Motorola was having. If you get the job you will love it.
