Think of switching to T-mobile, need opinions

Hey all! im new to this phonescoop and wanted to know your opinions. Currently with alltel, wanting to switch to either t-mobile or at&t. These are the only 2 carriers for GSM. whats your opinions and experiences with T-mobile. I heard there customer service is great!

i must say customer service is great. Although not like it used to be. reception and coverage is lagging compared to ohsu

so how would you rate there customer service from 1 to 10? who are you with currently?

I'd say 10. I don't have to call that often, and everytime I do call, I get someone who actually knows what they are doing.

T-Mobile's coverage is lacking nationally, but you won't even notice or care if you don't travel across the country every single day of the week. If you stick pretty much locally and you get good coverage, you won't regret the switch at all (and T-Mobile's coverage is getting much better much faster!)

I'd choose T-Mobile over the overpriced AT&T anyday. Good luck with your decision! Hope it works out for the best! 🙂

well i checked out t-mobiles coverage and everywhere that ill be going it covered! but doesnt at&t and t-mobile both have same GSM coverage?? since there both GSM. how long you been with t-mobile??
