and is it possible to get Really good phones like the Blackberry pearl for free w/ 29.99 monthly plan?

DO NOT buy it from him and NEVER ask him about your service. That is, if you want to be a good relative.

Is he/she not a paying customer? Oh I know, he might be keeping his relative (rep) from his real job of warming the chair or surfing Phone Scoop.

How lazy are you TMO employees or are you practicing to act like Sprint reps in anticipation of the merger????? 🤤

oh hey everyone moe is trolling around on the message boards again. An no its not that we are lazy. when we work its ok to talk about work and setting up plans. but outside of work on our personal time we have all our famlies, friends, people they know, people we barely know, and people with other phone providers, asking us how their phone works, and why it cant do this or that, or why this does or doesnt exist. it gets really old talking about it on our personal times, we dont want to talk about phones all day everyday.

The original post did not say anything about not being at work. The fact is that you are a employee and if a customer asks you a questions..you better answer.
thanks

um when we are at work yes...but when its my day off i dont want to talk about phones...i've had people come up to me while im shopping on my day off, that have seen me at my store, or people at my church who have seen me at my store asking me to fix this on their phone or explain a bill, ext. that is my free time and i should have to do anything work related on my day off if i dont want to. thats pretty much saying that if you were a cook at a resturant and it was your day off and i asked you to cook me a meal...you better do it.

maybe you should wear a mask so no one bothers you or get a job where you don't have to deal with the public.

what do you do for a living moe other than being a pain in the ass and running your mouth on message boards...are you telling me that every day of your life you want to talk about your job all day. is it ok if your with friends out at the mall and someone comes and interupts you and askes about something about your job. also its against tmobile policy to access accounts owed by you, personal friends or family members. you can get fired for it.

Nah hes got a point. I personally wouldnt like if someone were to bother me on my day off with an issue relating to my business at work..but then im used to helping ppl, so i wouldnt mind doing it. I just wish they wouldnt during my time off. but hey to each his own! 😉

Yes, what do you do for a living that gives you the right to be so critical of others? Just wondering... 😉

and where is it that you work moe? Or do you even work at all? T-Mobile employees rock, and if you only knew how much they REALLY do work outside of their jobs you wouldn't be posting this senseless crap! tmob08 is right, you clock out, go to the parking lot, your stopped with questions, go to the mall, people stop you for questions, trying to pay for your groceries at the checkout and the cashier wants you to "fix" her phone. I'm sure all the employees love their job and don't mind helping customers out, but it can be exhausting...im sure.

Like I said, wear a mask. Not wearing the 'Very Manly PINK' shirts to the mall might help too.

None of the above unless he has a spare employee line that he wants to give to you. I wouldn't bug him about it.

you are able to get a discount as a family or friend. he can either set you up with one of his 3 employee lines, or their is a special web site for friends and families of tmobile employees, ask him for it and there are special discounts there. but please dont pester him all the time about phone stuff unless he brings it up or while he is working or if its a really pressing need...its not to bad if he just started with the company...but after you work here for a while you dont want to talk about phones all day everyday

last time i was in sam's club you could get the blackberry pearl with any plan for free if you get a data plan for the first month. (9.99) then just cancel it. Free pearl on any plan. Best deal around, i believe.
