This is our backdoor access number, you can call into anyone's voicemail without actually calling them. Unfortunately, the way our system works if you try to dial that number from a T-Mobile phone it will take you to your voicemail inbox on the phone you're dialing from, so it has to be dialed from another phone other than a T-Mobile phone. (Landline phone, mobile phone-doesn't matter). Yes, you do have to listen to the greeting, however if you press "1" at any point during the greeting it will interrupt the greeting and let you record your message. 🙂

Pressing 1 during a greeting will only prompt you for a callback number.

There are a couple ways you can do this. If you call your voicemail there's an option to leave a message for another subscriber by putting in their "mailbox" aka phone number.
The other way is to the voicemail center (either 805-637-7243 or often your mobile prefix followed by 9999 or in some areas 6243.) Enter the person's number and you will be connected to their voicemail.
As far as bypassing the voicemail ...
