Each T-Mobile number comes assigned with its own specific e-mail address. Your e-mail address is simply your 10-digit phone number @tmomail.net (for example: 1234567890@tmomail.net). With your T-Mobile phone, you are able to send and receive e-mail messages from anyone with an e-mail address. You can also change the e-mail address to an e-mail alias of your choice.

Okay.
So, T-Mobile uses the exact same email for BOTH texting and multimedia messaging? Most carriers use two (except Nextel).
