Please help T-mo wing problem
Loyal t mo customer with 4 lines and about a $200 a month bill. I have a wing and am generally disappointed with can you guys help me figure out what my options are. I have insurance but thats a waist why pay $110 for a phone that constantly drops calls, losses messages on me and then delivers them whenever it wants, freezes up constantly.
is there any way I can get tmo to let me get a different phone? i would be more than happy to do a warranty claim or even an insurance claim but I don't want to have to pay all the shipping charges to get the same bogus phone? as it stand know I think I am going to cancel that line and just go down to 3 lines maybe go get a single line with a different carrier and take them for a test drive that would t...

honestly, you should just go into a t-mobile retail store or call up their customer care to try and solve the issues that you are having before try a claim or cancel the line. but, how often do you turn your wing off?
also, if you do 3 claims on the same phone in one year you will be offered a different phone that is somewhat similiar to yours.

definately, with a phone like that, power cycle it atleast every other day.
also, clear your task manager out every day. that will free up your memory.
if you do those two things, your phone will not freeze up and you won't experience dropped calls.
