Just returned from a trip to the UK.

I took a my phone with me because I always get a pre-paid service thru Virgin Mobile when I'm in London. Anyways, I turned my phone on to check the time on my way to the store and I noticed that I was roaming. So I placed a call just check it out and it went thru. Now, I've never bothered applying for international roaming and so I was a little surprised. Is international roaming part of everyone's package?

Well, not quite. International DIALING only is included with everyones account with the exception of smartaccess. Customers must still call in to have international roaming permissions added, which we just have to review the account and your credit class, tenure, and payment history are the determining factors as to if we can, or cannot add it. If not eligable to add the first time you call, we can escallate it, which is still no guarentee, however, it lets another department review your account in more depth and can be possibly added that way.
