TM has the V3 and the V3t......now At&t on the other hand, when i worked for them had the v3, v3i, v3r, and the v3xx....not to mention the color variations for the v3 and the v3xx....talk about beating water out of deadwood

You just answered your own question. You don't like the gold, but you do like the blue one. Different people have different preferences. There are people out there who don't give 2 cents about your opinion on the gold, and love it. When we just had the white and black, I had people complaining that we weren't carrying the red like at&t was. People like variety.
