Well this is not good news. I was contemplating a switch if TMO had cheaper data rates but I guess I will get the 8925 next month and renew my contract.

Maybe they should give T-Mobile its money back. That's the Federal Government for you. I work for them and they're all the same.

They stated they knew what was going on before they bidded. But I don't think they put it like well if you bid and win you might not get to use what you won. I can't beleive they would even auction it. I can see if they are using it in the begining they givin a date they must vacate the spectrum to the winner like 60 days or so.
