No. SprintPCS bills in advance. T-Mo doesn't bill until the end of the cycle.
It's so much easier to explain to customers.

The first bill is due usually about 40-45 days after you sign up, 30 days for bill to close, 1-2 weeks for processing. That is if its a brand new account, addons are different because there is an existing bill cycle.
