lockmat

Overall I am happy with T-Mobile. Except I think I might switch unless I can start getting better reception. I first want to get a new phone and see if a better phone will help b/c I know the phone I have right now is pretty cruddy.

What phone(s) get the best reception for T-Mobile?

Thanks in advance for anyones help.

Which phone do you have now?

Is this the first phone you have had with TMobile? If so, it could be the service area and not the phn.

I dont know the model number. But I know it's not just the phone. I bought it in Houston but mostly use in in LA where school is. The reception isnt always the best, but good enough I guess. But the battery life sucks too. And I know that I'm not the only one who's had problems w/ this phone b/c on Amazon tons of people gave it bad reviews.

I work for Tmobile in Customer Care and from personal experience and speaking with customers that Samsung phones get better reception. I have a Samsung V205 (why we got rid of it I STILL don't know!) and I got reception with the nearest tower 15 miles away when I lived in the boonies. Samsung is great!
