PROBLEM No Incoming calls---excpet from T-Mobile Customers
HELP
I am a Tmobile customer that for the past week I have not been able to receive incoming calls EXCEPT from Tmobile users. (which is KILLING ME).
T Mobile techs say it is a network issue and have referred it to engineering.....and gave me 50 bonus minutes...which I think i should get more.since I cant get calls for a week.
Has anyone had this issue? If so -- PLEASE Help. Here is some background info:
Location - NYC
Phone - Nokia 7610 (was not dropped and was working great)
CAN RECIEVE and send text messages
CAN CALL OUT to any number.

Haven't heard anything really. Make sure you're not on line 2- go to nokiahowto.com for instructions- then shut your phone off and turn it back on. If you still have problems call customer care again.

Thanks -- that did not work. I wound up hard reseting my phone and that solved it. it was a very interesting "quirk". so it appears it may have been a hardware issues after all.
