Mad what i cannot understand is why people would stay w/ a compant period if they do not liike the service .i have friends who work for SPRINT,CINGULAR ,AWS and Verizon.threy speak to so many people who ,"you guys sick " or " i hope you go out of business" really what do these people think. i mean cancel then.yippe your gone maybe if customers would learn to read and add or PAY ATTENTION to whats being said they may not end up w/ huge bills then call customre care to whine and hoo.its the customres fault 70 -80 % of the time .suck it up.stop complaining.people in this country as far a consumers have gotten this" customres always right" in their head so much that the mistakes they make are irreleveant they want somethinfore nothing or...
