Forbes story 9/13/04
I'm not yet a T-Mobile customer, but this is the kind of thing that helps me decide in their favor. I hear a lot of horror stories, for instance, about Cingular and their billing mistakes. It's good to know that, overall, T-Mobile customers are pleased with what their service.
Can I get feedback on the survey, i.e., is 21,700 households enough of a sampling to be accurate? Maybe share your own experiences with the six factors: call performance and reliability, customer service, service-plan options, brand image, cost of service, and billing accuracy and understandability.

I'll go through these one at a time.
Call Performance/Reliability: I've had a good voice signal pretty much everywhere I've used my phone. Every now and then, someone can't hear me because I'm in a tin can (city bus,) but I always hear the other person beautifully. The only time I've ever had dropped calls was while talking to a Cingular customer who was on a fringe area. 5 out of 5.
Customer Service: T-Mobile customer service is LOVE. I don't have to call them very often but, when I do, they're not in a hurry to get you off the phone. They don...

Most of what's in that post was personal opinion, and not necessarily indicative of what your experience with T-Mobile might be. In general, however, most people seem to have far more pleasant experiences with T-Mobile than with some of the other carriers, like SprintPCS.
It's just a matter of finding the right carrier for you. Sometimes, that's trial and error. That's why most carriers have 14-day return policies, though.

That's fine, about it being personal opinion, that is. In fact, when I wrote in my original post that I was looking for feedback, I was trying to say that I was looking for people's opinions and experiences, preferably first-hand, but if they'd rather relate what their sister's mother-in-law experienced, that's fine, too.
