I'm not yet a T-Mobile customer, but this is the kind of thing that helps me decide in their favor. I hear a lot of horror stories, for instance, about Cingular and their billing mistakes. It's good to know that, overall, T-Mobile customers are pleased with what their service.

Can I get feedback on the survey, i.e., is 21,700 households enough of a sampling to be accurate? In fact, when I wrote in my original post that I was looking for feedback, I was trying to say that I was looking for people's opinions and experiences, preferably first-hand, but if they'd rather relate what their sister's mother-in-law experienced, that's fine, too. I'm doing my own survey, if you will, and surveys are almost al...
