WTH is your problem? This is like your third thread on this. Picture this:
A family of five on a FT for $69.99. This family uses 650 daytime minutes. 8,000 m2m minutes and another 10,000 n&w minutes. Do the math honey. This family is costing cingular more than what they are paying cingular each month. So, they won't qualify for a discount on the next upgrade.
It is somewhat unfair, but hey! this is coming from upper management. There's nothing that we can do but wait until they either make some modifications or just throw this new policy out the window.
