Plantronics 510 Voyager. It is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Any plantronics headset.
They all have a piece that fits slightly into your ear, which drasticly improves the headsets volume. So you can actually hear the conversation while driving with the windows down and while talking outside.

Yep I agree. I recommended the 510 to him earlier, but my 320 just came in the mail today and I really like it too, and it was $43 delivered to my door. And it has an 8-10 hour battery life and is smaller than the 510. Not AS loud as the 510, but still louder than any Moto I have tried (810, 820, 850, 500 and 700).

HS850 is excellent, same charger. Otherwise the plantronics 710 is nice as well.
