Hi I own a Samsung Galaxy Express. What I wanted to know are all battery compartments on all Samsung the same. The reason I ask is there are other Samsung phones that have higher mAh. So if I bought a battery for say a Galaxy Mega or S4 will it fit and work in my phone? So it can give the phone higher power like an extended battery used to do but still looking like the phone intended to be but with more power. Thanks.

No. In general, batteries are not compatible across devices even within the same manufacturer. There are some exceptions, but not many.

Manufacturers typically want to put the largest possible battery into their handsets, so phones with larger screens (and hence larger packages) will have higher mAh ratings on their battery packs.

The battery alone on the Galaxy Mega is probably larger than the screen on your Galaxy Express.
