Best Customer Service, no question!

I've been with AT&T for a little over a year. Prior to spending a year with Sprint, 2 years with AT&T and 12 years with Verizon.

The 3 plus years with AT&T has been the absolute best for customer service. The only lapse was when I went to Sprint for the first EVO. Sprint customer service was horrible.

AT&T is the absolute best, service, customer service and overall experience.

I was with Cingular/ATT for 8yrs, and Verizon a little over 2yrs. I never had any complaints specifically about customer service with either carrier.

I just went with Verizon cause they were first with LTE.

I truthfully believe that AT&T customer service gets a bad rap because they are not consistant. A store may tell you there is no way they are upgrading you early and over the phone we will authoize it no questions asked, or if someone wants a credit for something, one person will say no the other will say no problem.

I'm personally one of those I have no problems with overriding upgrades or crediting accounts.

That's one reason I really don't like telling people to go to Care to get things done, no idea who they'll get or what they'll be able to do (or be willing to do).

I can definately understand that. Kinda feel the same way about stores sometimes. I usually try to get custys to go to COR stores.... Some retail stores are just shady.... Had a few charge people activation fee or upgrade fee in store in cash...(The rep pocketed the money). Had several of them talk them into a flop of a phone (HTC Inspire, Motorola Backflip, HTC Freestyle) just to get a sale. Add on Navigator, Family Map, and Roadside assistance (used to add voicedial *😎 just for commision and don't tell the customers.... Cor stores are normally pretty good about stuff like this.. Not all retail stores are bad or shady... just spend alot of time here fixing the bad ones mistakes.

What report are you going off of? Consumer reports had Verizon beat Sprint by one point last year.

Been with ATT since way before Cingular. No problems. Especially loving the MediNet plan on the Note GT-7000. Someday that will go away and i will carry two phones. A REAL small old Nokia dumb phone without data and a Note with WiFi.

We refuse to pay $720 a year for less than 1GB slow carrier date use between two devices, or have to worry about data use.

$360 is bad enough without a messaging plan on two phones
