Replying to:  at&t Android phones with unlimited data for $15 by Wireless Consultant   Mar 30, 2012, 6:01 PM

Nope.

When you put your SIM into the Android (assuming you have the unlimited data for non-smartphones on the line), the change in IMEI is recognized and the data plan stops working.

After about a month, a smartphone data plan is automatically added to the line, and it would be the 3 GB for $30.
