New bill format
Has anyone seen the new wireless bill format? Looks like a u-verse bill..... IDK what possess AT&T to change their bill format so drastically stating that it will make it easier to read, when I hear people all the time complaining that they cannot read their u-verse bill....... Have you seen a u-verse combined bill with wireless on it? It is the devil...... In short, I HATE HATE HATE HATE THE NEW BILL FORMAT. 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿

AMEN!! They said its gonna be easier for the customer to read.. And me,a rep having a hard time reading it. Its like facebook's timeline... it sucks big time.

It is so terrible. I can't stand it. Makes it worse when you are trying to go through the last couple bills and then they switch back to the old format and then your trying to cross info from one format to another. 👿

yeah it is rolling through different markets 1 by one. They haven't determined when PHI is changing so far on ALH was supposed to have updated but I have seen others....I think I saw a few old NBI accounts that had changed.
