haha, also if your going from a standard phone or an iphone or switching from an iphone to a different device then you have to reset your voicemail because they have different voicemail boxes, thats due to Apple lol! Also if you want to do some research you will see that At&t is PROTECTING its customers. There are groups of fraudulent people who call cellphones and then simply hit the star key and have access to insecure mailboxes. I dont know about you but I have some sensitive information in my voicemail box and I dont want a stranger to have access to it. Therefor you set up a password.... this fraud is becoming more and more frequent. Thanks At&t for protecting my personal information.
