-Stop sending customers to dealers to pick up modems- only COR stores have them or at least let dealers buy them to stock (same thing with microcells).
-When there is a dealer store "around the corner" to the customer, don't tell them that the closest store is the nearest COR store that just happens to be 20 miles away.
-to coin a phrase, "it's about the NETWORK stupid"- I don't mean deploy 4g, I mean add coverage where you don't have it at all- you need to step up.

I am not sure if modems are a market specific, but I stock 2wire DSL modems (Dallas MKT). The standard modem, I still can not order.
I wish we could carry microcells. This is the only device that separates us from COR.
