It has some drawbacks. example: only MEdia Net browsers can be restricted when it comes to web browsing. So Safari, Internet Explorer, Blackberry browser, etc. cannot be restricted or limited.
Its really nice for restricting teenager's late night text messaging or during school hours. Also its useful for blocking CTN's of certain numbers.
