Unlimited data is not avaible to any smartphone on at@t network as of june 7th 2010. people with unlimied may keep unlimited as long as its never removed from the line. in rare cases unlimited data can be added to the acount if an accident happen and a rep made a mistake and removed without customer permission. If someone just wants unlimited data they are outta luck. no one would approve unlimited data wihtout a reason, or they put there own job at risk, and the channel does not matter we all work for att and they DO NOT OFFER UNLIMITED. unless you work for microsoft and then its $45 for unlimited on a wm7 phone
