Failing that, signing up in Wisconsin, when you don't live in Wisconsin, would be Wrong. (Not difficult, providing you have a Wisconsin address to use, but Wrong.)
Also, "Cingular reserves the right to terminate your service if less than 50% of your usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on Cingular-owned systems." Termination of this sort might also invoke the early termination fee.

So, if i picked the 500 min. plan. How much min. would i need to use order for them not to cancel my service?

I don't know. Maybe. You could be cancelled, and owe an early termination fee, to boot.

Cingular says that. It's in the fine print on the contracts, and on the back of the brochure.

You would not have to use any.
But of the ones that you DID use, over half of them ...
