Which Nokia? 6350, Mural, or Surge?
My mom is looking for a new Nokia (Brand loyalty I guess). I don't work for at&t anymore and was hoping a few reps could help me out with a suggestion. Antenna strength and call quality are really important. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

It all depends on what your mom is looking for. The Surge is a smart phone and requires the $30 data package on it, even though it uses the same email program that regular phones do. You can download the Nokia email program off of Nokia's web site, but overall, I am very underwhelmed by the Surge.
The Mural is a good looking phone with the ability to change the color of the lights on the face of the phone. Since ATT no longer carries the Motorola RAZR, this phone has taken over the "Stylish" flip phone place in ATT's line. I have had people (especially older customers) say that they have trouble hearing over the Mural, but we have had very few problems with the phone overall.
