Yeah, just pop it in and hook to itunes. The AT&T stores will only sell it to customers with postpaid accounts, but at the apple store they don't care.
As long as its an AT&T sim in there, hook it to itunes and it unbricks it. The sim doesn't even need to be activated.

You can do it, but there isn't an unlimited data plan for prepaid anymore, so be careful with internet use. Even with the highest data plan you will go over in a hurry...

Yeah the highest for PYP is 100 MB for 19.99. You will blow through that so fast it is unreal.

IIRC, you have to open the iPhone's casing to get to the SIM port, which voids the warranty...
