People have learned that acting like a rabid dog and makings demands as if they were pampered Hollywood royalty will get them what they want. If they happen to find someone with backbone, they will just move to the next person because they know eventually, they will find someone who will kiss their bum.

I'm sure this guy is a good man who doesn't believe himself to be irrational at all. I'm sure he considers himself someone who would stand his ground if another were to come at him as he's done.

It's not that people have become outrageous as a whole, it's because we have learned to act that way in business because business has trained us to be pampered brats who believe that if we remove our contribution to a company it will bring the company to its knees.

I agree with this guy....First I want to go on record saying that after being explained why I cant get the iphone for $199, I realize the situation. I need to wait until I can upgrade..ok fine that was explained to me.Thank you. Second...who ever reads this thread and still comments on how Im an asshole or whatever..too late..it was already said keep it to yourself...if you feel the need to slam someone over the computer, that tells me what kind of person you are anyway. You have no balls and would never do it to a customer in their face. When I went to AT&T the guy explained it to me in a professional manner.I wasnt mean to him or anything, I was like oh, okay then. I came on here to vent it out. Thats all. I dont need people telling me how to act, or that Im the typical customer. SCREW YOU! I dont expect anything from anyone..it was just a suprise to me that this was the situation. Its apple not at&t..ok..i know now...thank you. So get over your self and stop thinking "Im gonna show this guy that at&t reps are not to be messed with" Yeah im in the funeral industry, and yeah I put people in oversized boxes and charge thousands of dollars..but guess what? You slugs at at&t make more money hashing out cell phones to people! Yeah you do! Also, none of you would have the balls to say any of this to a customer in his/her face when confronted. You would take it in the ass, get pissed off and then go on phonescoop to complain to your cell phone buddies and have them tell you that you were right and the customer was wrong. Remember, everyone dies but not everyone needs a cell phone. So when you guys are on your ass cause the best cell phone company in the world laid you the **** off, Ill keep on putting people in the ground and calling up my wife on my at&t cell phone to tell her Im briging home milk.
