i work for a Cingular agent/dealer.. and we have the phone for like 189.99 now and 50 dollar rebate.. What's cool about these phones in some places, for instance here.. A friend of mine and his wife went into a Cingular Corporate Store, and had been with Cingular for 2 years and you know the story paid bill on time and so forth.. Well the corporate store gave them 2 V400's for 100 bucks. NOW THAT"S DEAL!!! However, i did get two V400's for free, but that's different ;)....
If you are doing a new Activation go to and AGENT!
If you are doing an upgrade go to the Corporate Store!
