I use DVD Shrink, seems to work "most of the time"

I use dvd shrink like the other guy but sometimes it does not work on the newer dvd's so as a backup i use dvdfab decryptor. i beleive it is also free. once i rip the dvd i use a program called fairuse encoder to reincode the dvd file to divx/mpeg 4 with the proper screen resolution. from there i can transfer the file to my mini sd card. to play the file on both my 8125 and 2125 i use core tcmp player. it plays the files like butter with no frame drops granted that you use the proper resolution on the video. besides that windowss media player doesnt support divx/mpeg4 playback and ultimately thats what you want to use because of playback quality. hope this helps. i have a 3 gig card and am able to squeeze 3 full length movies on it.

DVD Shrink w/ AnyDVD to remove copy protection. Then there are a multitude of ways to encode it to DivX/XviD/Ogg/etc. I prefer a program called PocketDivX. It encodes to a bunch of different file types and has pre-loaded settings for smartphone and PDA screen resolutions.
