Please get your info straight. Every single post I have read from you is bizarre or wrong at its best. It seems to me like you are trying to create confusion in the room or something...

Look under the post : since this is a Nationwide forum...

My information is most correct, and most of the time I give the website for it to confirm, just like I did in an answer to your last statement that Europe does not have 900/1800 and only 3G 2100

sorry, posted prev. too early, meant to say

"If you order directly from cingular, you can`t cancel your order, not possible in the system. You have to wait till it is shipped then return, then you can take off the contract"........Incorrect, depending on the channel, there are several departments that can cancel orders once they are done

"An agent retail store does not have the ability and applications needed to fix those things"....yes they do, all the need to do is go through their local agent coordinator who will have access to any system customer service does

"Cingular uses the UMTS towers for 3G, not the 850/1900, that is the old GSM we use"....wrong again, straight from wikipedia:

You forgot the rest of the post. That now the phone does not have to be returned anymore , since they keep track in the warehouse and send out letters if that IMEI is not returned.

How do you verify , if you cancel a line lets say in the store, you upgrade that phone, then 4 days later the customer gets the phone in the mail from the online order. Yes most customers are honest and mail the phone back, but I have encounters a few customers who said they returned it and never did. Now they have 2 brand new phones on that line but only 1 contract. Unless you make yourself a sticky note in the store and call the warehouse that it was returned. and I know you are not going to do that.

So you have to involve somehow customer serivce for tha...

and i posted it, so please read and excuse yourself from any further conversations. If you had read my earlier post you would notice that its not a matter of a cancelling an order once the warehouse has processed it. What I am speaking about is catching an order before its processed by the warehouse, that way it is never shipped out.

Your exactly right, Telesales will tell you that, but like my post stated, there are several channels that you can go through to order phones. Most online orders have to have a credit check run before the order goes to the warehouse, if you call back before the credit check has been processed, they can cancel the order. With customer service, when the process an order, all they are doing is filling out a web form, then sending it to another department that actually processes those orders to the warehouse. That usually takes around 24-48 hours. (which is why the fastest shipping customer service has is 3 business days, b/c in all actuality it is next day shipping, but it takes 1-2 days for the order to actually get to the warehouse, but that...
