cingular violates t&c's by changing to at&t

by rebranding back to at&t cingular is violating the t&c's and you can cancel your contract without penalty! I have done it on all 5 of my lines already.

Changing the name of a company does not change terms of service. Also, the fact that the name change hasn't actually happened confirms that you are full of crap. Furthermore, I trust that if you have canceled your service, you won't waste everyones time anymore.
