i believe youd have to just buy a regular unlocked version of the phone from ebay or one of those sites. Cellular companies deactivate or cut off features that the phone should have, in order to keep the costs down, which in turn is why they offer them so cheap compared to an unlocked version. Correct me if im wrong however, i'm not 100% sure.
